This new home in the central corridor of Phoenix, is an interpretation of early 20th century Spanish Colonial cottage architecture and interiors. The interior spaces are warm and relevant to the period that they characterize, without being too literal or historic in nature. The clients desire to weave in the use of bold color, within a historical context adds panache to the completed interiors. Mixing Mexican antiques into the interiors helps make the house feel unique and original.
