Starting as an original territorial house by famed Arizona architect Bill Tull, this remodel project involved an addition, a large bulthaup kitchen, a new foyer space and updated finishes and millwork designs, all without losing the original essence of the house. The masterfully sculpted original building design by tull included unique doors, beams, lintels — all were preserved, as a new modern attitude and white building body and interior finish was added, bringing the house to a more light filled minimalist sort of feel. The furnishings are simple and clean, giving the architecture and client’s art collection room to take center stage.
